Our Company mission is to provide personal accelerated instruction in a structured curriculum. Our goal is to allow for the student to be immersed in the flight training experience and to thus allow the student to attain the student’s flight training goals in an accelerated time period.
For training in Cirrus Aircraft, the company uses the Cirrus Approach to learning and the Cirrus Approach App.

Darrell Dethlefs
Darrell has been flying since 1995 and instructing since 2007. He has the following ratings and designations. CSIP, ATP, CFI, CFII, GI, Commercial Helicopter, Commercial Floatplane.
Greg Lewis
Greg has been flying since the early 1970’s when he graduated from US Air Force Academy in 1976. He was a USAF Instructor Pilot: A-10, F-16 and AT-38 and Southwest Airlines B-737 First Officer and Captain. He has the following designations. ATP, CFI, CFII and tail wheel endorsed with over 19,000 hours total flying time. He was awarded Distinguished Flying Cross as an F-16 pilot in Desert Storm.
Krishna Kafley
Krishna was born in Bhutan and grew up in Nepal. In 2009 he moved to the US with his parents. In 2020, he attended to ATP Flight school in Smyrna, TN to soar his aviation career. With conviction and perseverance, he has become a Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor. One of his goals is to fly commercial airliners.
Lyle Pickles
Lyle began flying in 2008 with aspirations of being an airline pilot. After soloing on this 16th birthday and getting his PPL on his 17th birthday he attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Since graduating he has operated the DHC-8 and EMB-145 and is currently operating the B757/767 for United Airlines.

Bishay Bishay
Bishay was born and raised in Egypt. Becoming a pilot had always been his big dream since he was a little kid. His dream came true in 2019, and he became a flight instructor in 2023, where he found great joy in helping others make their dream of becoming a pilot a reality.
Elijah Elkins
Elijah Elkins is an experienced flight instructor with a foundation in aviation and leadership, having earned his degree in Aviation and Leadership from Eastern Mennonite University. His educational background provides him with a unique perspective, blending technical flying skills with strong leadership and instructional techniques. Elijah has a diverse range of flying experience, having logged time in various aircraft. His versatility across different aircraft types ensures a well-rounded understanding of safety and systems. He has also taught the 2024 Private Pilot Ground Training Course at Premier Pilot Training. Book with him at both York and Capital City.
